- 1 / 5By Evelyn WiantI will start by saying PLEASE do not judge the chain by this location! Every other Santiago's is fantastic. I don't know who runs this one but... man does it have problems. The female cashier who I almost always get is always surly and sometimes downright rude. The food is often cold - despite the fact that I usually eat in the dining room! Food that comes from the kitchen directly to a table should not be cold. Sometimes the food is just lacking in flavor. The only reason I have gone back multiple times is because it's a 2 min walk from my apartment and I keep hoping their food will get better.February 04, 2017
